Have you rubbed yet???

Whether you are new to scrapbooking and cardmaking or have been around the block a few times, you'd have to agree that Making Memories have a great range of Rub On Alphabets and are what I'd call a "core product", one that you can use over and over again without feeling you've done it all before and your projects are starting to look the same.

Eventhough we are a Bazzill specialist store, this is a product I believe will always be needed and unless Bazzill create something as nice as this, we will probably always stock them.

I use them consistently and particularly the Heidi and Beach fonts because they are so elegant. The Beach font letters just flow together in a running script when you rub them on - just lovely.

They come in various colours, with hundreds of characters in each book (some have of 700!) - the quantity depends on the size of the character. Each packet on our website displays the quantity and the type of characters in each pack i.e. uppercase, lowercase, numbers, punctuation etc.

They are so easy to use and come in a handy book that won't fall apart. I always manage to lose the plastic case they come in so when that happens I just put a rubber band around them and pop them into the drawer where I store them all. The icy pole stick is supplied but you can use any stylus type product (I've even resorted to using the ends of some other tools!). All you do is cut off the letters you want and place them on the project. Using the stick or a stylus of your choice - simple rub lightly until you see the colour of the letter get lighter which means it's been rubbed onto the project.

How simple is that to produce an elegant form of lettering on your projects like here with the title "A passion for life" done with rubons...
